Chevron Amethyst Heart Worry Stone

A  lovely Chevron Amethyst  banded heart shaped worry stone  - approx 40mm wide.

Worry stones are smooth, polished gemstones, with a thumb-sized indentation, used for relaxation or anxiety relief.

The action of moving one's thumb back and forth across the stone can help reduce stress.
