This bracelet is made with 8mm semi precious Howlite and African Jade beads on strong elastic combined with rhinestone spacers.
African Jade is thought to be a gemstone of general healing and for improving relaxation.
African Jade is also known as Verdite or Buddstone and is often found close to deposts of gold.
Howlite is knownm as the 'Guardian Stone'. Also helps with calming the mind helping reduce stress and anxiety and can aid in self awareness.

Made to measure :
Please measure your wrist with a tape measure and add 1/2 inch to your measurement.
If you don't have a tape measure, just use a piece of cord and then measure with a ruler. Please add note to your checkout.
